Mental Health Matters
I designed this week’s Happy Thoughts SVG with mental health awareness in mind. Life is full of ups and downs, and it’s okay to not be okay, but never think you don’t matter or aren’t enough.
As someone who struggles with anxiety, I take mental health very seriously. I am aware that happy thoughts and inspirational messages aren’t a fix. But sometimes, if you can say these words out loud or close your eyes and picture yourself being these words, it can help to ease your mind.
Everyone’s journey is different, but know that you are never alone. If you are ever struggling, please don’t hesitate to reach out to a friend or a loved one. You matter.❤

Happy Thoughts Stickers
Are you on the sticker train? I grew up loving and collecting stickers as a child of the ’70s and ’80s! From the various scratch-and-sniff ones to the sparkly stickers, I had a folder full of them! I’m so happy this trend has come back around! In the video below, I show you how to add an offset in Cricut Design Space to prep your SVG for sticker making. Be on the lookout for future videos where I will show you exactly how to make them!

Add your free SVG to shirts.
I love being a crafter and having the ability to make several different things from one design. Whether it’s making cups, tote bags, or shirts, for example, just by changing the colors of your vinyl, you can get different looks when making shirts!

What do you need to make a shirt with HTV?
Here is a list of some of my favorite products for making t-shirts with heat transfer vinyl (HTV).
-Vinyl Cutting Machine- I like the Cricut Explore Air 2 and the Cricut Maker
–Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV), also called Iron On Vinyl
-Blank T-Shirts
-You can find blank shirts at several craft stores. Michaels and JoAnns have great selections.
Our local Walmart and Target both have great choices as well. Jiffy Shirts is an excellent site for purchasing shirts in bulk. Amazon carries a large selection of bulk shirts that are great for HTV.
–Cutting Mat
–Weeding Tools
–Pin Pen
–Brayer
–Heat Press and the Cricut Easy Press 2
–Teflon Sheet
–Pressing Pillow

Cricut Design Space Tutorial for your Free Happy Thoughts SVG
This short Cricut Design Space tutorial will show you how to ungroup and attach elements in this week’s mental health SVG. Attaching the elements from your design makes the cutting process easier with your vinyl cutting machine.
