What will you make with your Free Santa SVG?

I designed this week’s Free Santa SVG with the black belt longer than the design. I did this so it would be easy to fit on different Christmas projects. Check out the Cricut Design Space tutorial below to see how easy it is to size your free design to fit your project.

Cricut Design Space Tutorial for your Free Santa SVG

This short Cricut Design Space Tutorial will show you how to upload, ungroup, and attach elements from this week’s Free Santa SVG. By attaching design elements, the vinyl cutting process is faster, making adding the design to your finished project easier. In this video, I will also show you how to size this week’s free design to fit a round wood sign and a square framed canvas.

Make a sign for Santa.

I think this would be an adorable picture to put on a Christmas card! You can easily make this sign using the reverse canvas technique with heat transfer vinyl (HTV). If you have never tried the reverse canvas technique, I have a few projects that can help. Check out the craft tutorials section here on the blog. Here is the link to the Hey Pumpkin reverse canvas tutorial mentioned in the video.
It’s an easy process with excellent results! After you’re done making your sign, dress your little one(s) up in their Christmas pajamas and use it in a picture! Perfect for Christmas cards or a yearly ornament!

Make Christmas Pajamas for Christmas Eve.

Do you have a Christmas eve tradition? I have friends that have a yearly Christmas pajama tradition. Every year on Christmas eve, they let their kids open one gift. The gift includes a pair of pajamas to wear to bed before Santa comes and a new book. I love this tradition! I think this week’s Free Christmas SVG would be perfect for pajamas!

  1. I have just found you website. I am a newbie learning vinyl and sublimation. I’m having difficulty accessing the free designs. I have filled out the newsletter and received the password but I keep going in circles. I don’t see a tab indicating the download.

    Can you please help?

    1. Hi Trina! Thank you for subscribing to my newsletter!๐Ÿ˜Š I apologize for any confusion. When you are on the blog post, if you scroll down toward the bottom of the post, you will see a tan box that has the design # in it. In this case, the design # is 125. Click on the link in that box that says freebie library, and it will take you to the page where you enter your password. Once inside the freebie library, you will find the same design # with the name of the design next to it. Click on the name of the design, and the file will instantly download. I hope that helps.๐Ÿ˜Š Happy Crafting!
